There is not one single story of this community. It is hard to engage properly with the community or the people without hearing the stories of place and people. Many people build their story based on the one and the outcome of this robs people of dignity and makes it sounds like everyone is the same. Stories matter, all stories matter and they can be used to empower and humanize the community. |

What We Do
We have a range of social and physical activities happening that can you support you. Our building is fully accessible and we have a range of rooms for hire. The outside space is a brilliant addition to enable walking, exercise and access to nature.
We offer a range of services and activities for all ages, and all levels of health and fitness – basically there is something for everyone! The outdoor areas include play facilities, picnic areas, an Amphitheatre, outdoor gym equipment, a measured mile for walking or running, and football and basketball nets.
Our main goal is to provide high quality services to prevent illness, promote good health and assist recovery after medical treatment. We are happy to answer any questions you may have and look forward to meeting you soon.
